To complete your submission please follow the link below to pay your entry fee. A $15 entry fee is required for all professional artists and filmmakers. A $5 fee is required for all students at the college level. High school students and any student enrolled in a West Virginia university or college may enter for free.

Entry fees are used to support only our production costs, including: awards, print materials and facility rentals. We have no paid staff or personal income. Your contribution is solely dedicated to making this festival possible. Thank you for your support!
